How would I go about a 4 X Floor Standing Speakers?

Im doing research for my first ultimate “music” system, not a Home theater.

No, you dont need two. Most regular 2 channel amplifiers have connections for 4 speakers, with a switch to either use speakers “A”, or “B”, or both. And some have a specific “sub out” where you can connect a sub with an RCA cable.

If not, a lot of home subs have a pass through, speaker level input, where you connect the speaker outputs of the recieve to the sub, and run wires from the sub to the speakers. This gives the sub the signal it needs to do its work, and passes on the signal to the speakers.
